Takes place sometime after Berri is brought back to life. She and Conker are out on their honeymoon after their wedding. But while they're gone, a group of unknown creatures hypnotizes the kingdom and takes it over. A new character, a bee named Buzz, the only one to escape flies over to Conker and Berri's vacation spot and warns them before getting captured by a couple of the creatures. Conker and Berri must go on an adventure through several islands back to their homeland to defeat the creatures and reclaim the kingdom.
World one: Jumbled Jungle-A mix up jungle world with puzzles and obstacle courses which are quite a challenge, and C&B must use their skills to get through it.
World 2: Disaster destination-spoofs of disaster movies such as 2012, Tsunami(Korean movie),etc. It's in danger of many disasters, an earthquake, tsunami, hurricane, meteors, etc. which they have to survive.
World 3: Wonder wetland-Island of lakes, rivers, waterfalls, beaches, and part of the ocean,a swamp and a sewer. Spoofs of water movies such as jaws, and they have to escape a giant shark in the final level of the world, by the ocean. He is also the boss of the world.
World 4: Fairy tale Fortress-Spoofs of Disney movies and fairy tales, this place celebrates love, especially romance. It holds a parade with giant floats of love, a town, a carnaval(Gets dangerous after the creatures takes it over, kinda like Krazy Kremland), a carpet ride, etc. C&B share a romantic moment and a kiss on this island.
World 5: Macro/Micro Island Mayhem(Spoofs of shrinking movies, such as Honey I shrunk the kids, the incredible shrinking man, ant man, etc. Home of a laboratory, a genius owl creates his own shrink ray and accidentally shrinks Conker and Berri to a quarter of an inch tall. They have to survive the whole island to get to the laboratory to unshrink themselves. The boss is the mad scientist himself.
World 6: Sickeningly sweet suburbs-Home of a bakery. Inspired by the level in DKC Tropical Freeze with giant fruits, only in this game,there are giant sweets. There are also spoofs of documentaries talking about junk food. On the island, you find a harvest of some things like sugar, a giant bakery of giant pastries, a dangerous factory which uses junk ingredients like Hydrogenated oil, corn syrup(Using the sweet corn), etc. along with sugar, and makes candy, and a giant dangerous freezer with frozen treats like ice cream. The boss is a female bear with quite a sweet tooth, but eating too many sweets gets her in trouble.
World 7: The land, aka Windy-Every level of the world are the worlds from the original game, such as, but not in order, the water maze, the farm, the war area(With tediz, working for the creatures, the wasp hive, the mountain, the haunted mansion, the cave men's place, and the final level the castle, where the boss of the creatures the final boss are who took over as king. C&B defeats him and saves everyone and reclaim their kingdom.
Bonus World: The moon. C&B go to the moon to find the final collectibles and complete the game.
